Directions to Our Office

From the East: Travel west on Route 25, pass the Smithhaven Mall, cross over Route 347 and proceed for approximately 3 miles. You will see St. Patrick’s Church on your left. At the second light, turn left on to Plaza Drive. Turn into our parking lot.

From the West: Travel east on Route 25, cross over Route 111. Make a right at the first traffic light on to Plaza Drive. Turn into our parking lot.

LIE (495) or Veterans Memorial Highway (Route 454): Exit on to Route 111 north. Take Route 111 north to Route 25, Middle Country Road. (Please NOTE: At Hauppauge High School Route 111 bears to the left.) Make a right on to Route 25 and proceed to first traffic light. Make a right onto Plaza Drive. Turn into our parking lot.

From the Northern State Parkway: Travel the Parkway to the end. Stay in middle lane. At the fork, stay to your left and continue on Route 347. Stay in the right lane, exit on to Route 111. Take Route 111 north to Route 25, Middle Country Road. There will be a diner on the left and a brick building on your right. Make a right on top Route 25 and proceed to the first traffic light. Make a right on to Plaza Drive. Turn into our parking lot.

From the Southern State Parkway: Exit on to the Sagtikos parkway north to the Northern State Parkway east. Follow Northern State Parkway directions.
