Office Hours & Appointments

New patients can complete all their medical information paperwork at home (see New Patient Appointments) prior to their scheduled appointment to expedite their visit.

Emergency Care
If there is an emergency and there is no staff member in the office to answer your phone call, a health care provider from our practice will be available to respond to you as soon as possible.

Insurance
For patients who require referrals from their primary doctor, please make certain the referral has been obtained prior to your visit. We participate in most healthcare insurance plans. Your financial responsibility, due at the time of service, is limited only to what is not covered by your selected insurance.

Payments
All payments, co-payments, deductibles must be paid in full at the time of your visit. The office accepts cash, checks, credit cards and debit cards.
