Barry A. Solomon, M.D., J.D., F.A.A.D., F.C.L.M.

Dr. Barry Solomon is a native of the Brooklyn area. He received a B.A. from Temple University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and as a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor Society. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Juris Doctorate degree from Temple University School of Law. Thereafter, he received his Medical Doctorate degree from The State University of New York (SUNY) Health Science Center at Brooklyn, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society. He was also the recipient of the prestigious Montoya dermatology Award. Dr. Solomon received his internal medicine training at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA and his dermatology training at SUNY Health Science Center at Brooklyn, where he served as the Chief Clinical Assistant Instructor. He received his cosmetic surgery training in Westport, Connecticut. Dr. Solomon specializes in acne, psoriasis, sweating disorders & as well as skin cancer and cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Solomon has lectured extensively in the field of dermatology and skin care at local and national meetings. He has appeared on multiple television health programs as a guest expert. Dr. Solomon has authored several articles in various textbooks, national magazines, and the dermatologic literature and is involved in extensive clinical research.

Dr. Solomon currently holds the position of Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Dermatology at SUNY health Science Center at Brooklyn and Kings County Hospital Center. He is Board Certified by the American Academy of Dermatology and is a Fellow of the College of Legal Medicine. He is on the medical staff of St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center, as well as The Gurwin Jewish Geriatric Center and Saint James Nursing Facility. He is a member of numerous legal, medical and cosmetic societies, including the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.

Johanna V. Petrycki , RPA -C
Johanna was born in Long Island, NY. After graduating from St. Joseph's College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She attended Touro College of Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program from 2005-2007.

Johanna has provided patient care for over thirteen years. Prior to joining Dermatique, she was employed by AHRC and IGHL.

Johanna is a member of both the New York State and the American Academy of Physician's Assistants. She maintains her board certification with the National Commission for Certification of Physician Assistants.
